Our Story
Aside
Our beginning was like many others—experienced leaders and consultants drawn together by mutual client demands in 2004. At the time, we provided services and support that helped businesses and government meet their goals and take advantage of a planned, slowly evolving future. However, in 2010, we recognized that what were once trends and patterns had now grown into new realities for leaders everywhere. Issues such as solving complex problems not seen before and building the future as it’s emerging brought new demands. Today, all leaders are immersed in deeply churning waters of transformation, characterized by sudden change and unexpected opportunities … How do we solve problems in such a world? What might the future look like? Are there any certainties? Where do we look for support, wisdom, and perspective?
Our own journey has brought us to a new Mission and an expanded purpose. We have found that communities of leaders committed to collaboration and learning allow for improved thought processes, practical perspectives, and a more systemic creative approach to solving complex problems. We believe that providing an ever expanding body of knowledge for leaders fosters a shared model that enables early adapting and inventing strategies essential for leaders everywhere who seek to realize new opportunities.
